The Beausejour Comets put on a show for the home crowd on October 5, skating to a commanding 8–3 victory over the Arborg Ice Dawgs at the Beausejour Sportsplex.
It was a milestone night for several new faces on the roster as Job Peters, Lachlan Cuthbert, and Colby Armstrong each scored their first goals as Comets, helping to fuel the offensive surge. The team came out flying from the opening puck drop, controlling the pace and capitalizing on key scoring chances throughout the night.
The win marked an early-season statement for the Comets, who continue to build chemistry and momentum both at home and on the road.
